Cow Citizens are a very common mob found in Animal Kingdoms.

They wear torn clothing and stand on their hind legs. They moo like a cow but make the same "Ooh!" pain sound as the player when hit. They do not attack players but will run from anything that attacks them.

Cow Citizens are very similar to NPC Villagers; they will enter houses at night and flee from attackers. Cow children are sometimes seen chasing each other. Cow Citizens will usually hold a bucket in their hands, and will milk normal cows.
